A subsidiary of Kentec, VES, Llc. located in Pennsylvania, USA will be acquired by Hochiki America Corporation. VES is known to use the latest technologies to deliver quality products and services. VES will be managed by Hochiki America Corporation, located in California, USA; however, VES will continue to operate from their current location.
